did you make sure to launch Plitch and Steam as administrator? The trainer requires admin rights to fully function.

Also did you activate the Prepare after completely loading into your savegame?

plitchからゲームを起動していましたが、ゲームを起動させてからplitchを稼働したら機能しました。

I was launching the game from plitch, and it worked after launching the game and then running plitch.
