Do you have Uplay+?
Did you make sure to select the right version (UplayDX11/UplayDX12/Uplay+DX11/Uplay+DX12) in the trainer?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

Just to be clear... you typed in Uplay in the Game Launch Arguments "-BattlEyeLauncher", right?

As per old mate above, i am also having issues with this training.
1) Have confirmed im using DX12.
2) Have confirmed im using UPlay+
3) Have confirmed the note command -BattlEyeLauncher is implemented correctle (originally had the " in it, as well as the double E). Both have been rectified.
4) Have confirmed opening the game via uplay.
5) Have turned off my anti-virus software.
6) Have tried several iterations of the Dx12Uplay+ version of the launcher (back dating to older ones).
Each time the plitch commands are there to press (not greyed out), however each time no noise on activation and no actual activation (ie for the tech - nothing happens).
