You need to load into the mission, activate the prepare, skip 1 turn and after that you can use the rest of the cheats.

Thanks for your reply! I'm not sure why it's not working for me. What's weird is the prepare just simply won't activate for me when I'm playing Age of Abundance, even if I skip 1 turn or a few turns. I tried clicking on the prepare and tried the keyboard shortcut. But if I load into another saved game in regular single player, the prepare activates like normal. What's even more weird is I loaded a regular single player game, activated the prepare, then loaded a saved Age of Abundance game, but the codes still didn't work after a few turns. Then I inactivated the prepare (still playing Age of Abundance), then tried to reactivate the prepare, but it wouldn't reactivate. When I play Age of Abundance, the prepare button in Plitch is lit up, as if I'm able to activate the prepare, but it just won't activate if I click on it or try the shortcut. But in a regular single player game, the prepare works just fine. Any idea why?

Can you set Steam to offline mode and see it that makes a difference?

Ok, I tried offline mode, and I'm still having the same problem; prepare won't activate in first turn or after a couple of turns. Any suggestions? Thank you for your assistance by the way!

Does the challenge use the Gathering Storm Addon?

Otherwise you have to select the entry for the content used in the challenge.

If it does not require any Addons then you have to select the base game entry in PLITCH.
