The trainer works perfectly for the campaign mode, but I’m unable to activate it in survival mode. Additionally, when I launch the game through Plitch, it always opens the campaign mode, even though I’ve set survival mode as the default.

We always create the cheats to work in the campaign mode that's why it's possible that they might not work in different game modes. Thanks for the info. We'll take another look at the cheats on our side and then report back to you :)
