the game received an update a few days ago and the new version is already available. Did you restart the trainer and use the updated version (0.5.1.1)?
Also did you make sure to launch Plitch and Steam as administrator? The trainer requires admin rights to fully function.

Yes, I have the latest version of the game! And all the executables are opened as administrators!
