This can often be due to the fact that PLITCH and the game platform (Steam) must be run as admin. To do this, select the desktop icon with the right mouse button and select "Run as administrator". It is not enough to be the set admin user on the computer.

Did you put Steam into the offline mode? To do this, open your Steam library and click on "steam" in the top left-hand corner. There you can then "Go offline ...".

what exactly do you mean by “when the game stops”? 

Please note the red notice in PLITCH and always deactivate all codes before a cutscene in the game. 

this means the game stops and is forced to shut down. i disabled cheat before the cutscene.

does the game instantly crashes after activating the cheat? Could you please try to specific when the game is crashing?

i run Godmode + MegaHealth, Norload + Unlimited Grenades and more, the game stops and forces you to shut down. Other cheats also stop and force + shut down.
