The 2021 action-video-game SAMURAI WARRIORS 5 is a spin-off of the Dynasty Warriors series and is set in Japan during the Sengoku period, which is marked by war and chaos. Unlike [game:2510], which tried to incorporate open-world elements into its gameplay concept in 2018, the new SAMURAI WARRIORS focuses on what the series has stood for since Day 1: action-packed hack-and-slay battles where you fight hundreds of enemies at once.
