Way to add perk points
Hi, the experience cheat causes some issues with the perk points. When you gain too much experience it skips levels that would have awarded Perk points, which leaves you unable to unlock the perks after reaching 30.
So if you could either make it so that you max gain XP to gain one level, or the ability to add perk points. That would be great.

You get all perk points with the experience cheats. There are no skipped levels.
I play it myself with those cheats and could skill everything excluding the choice skills whre you can only have one of two.

There is a bit of a game glitch when using the EXP modifiers - for example using the 10k EXP, Thievery is at 30 but only 4 skill points were unlocked for that skill tree. Would be nice if you could implement the ability to add perk points.
