What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?

It dowan't even activate, the "Prepare for Cheats" option is lit up but can not be activated and since that one(I assume) isn't activate everything else is greyed out. I'm assume the trainer is seeing that the game is running hence the prepare option being lit but simply won't activate no matter what I try. (I've tried activating it with the hotkey, manually by clicking and with my phone by remote, none worked). Sadly I have a screenshot of what it looks like but can't post them here?

Are you playing the singleplayer?
Have you tried activating the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?

Yeah I only ever play single player on any of my games I'm not a big multiplayer kinda person, I tried to activate it both after I started and at the menu before. Hmmm Odd, guess it's just one of those things that's not gonna work for me lol, Happens I guess. :/ thanks for trying anyway.

Have you tried verifying your gamefiles?
Have you tried changing the hotkey of the prepare or activating it manually in the trainer?
Have you tried starting a new savegame and see if it works there?
Are you using mods?
