Hello I'm also running into the same problem. I did have to redo the anti-cheat fix. I also ran Plitch as administrator. But the Prepare Cheats is still not turning on.

Yes I did run Steam & Plitch as administrator.
And no I don't use mods.
It was working properly the 1st 2 days of when the DLC released. But afterwards, prepare wasn't even working at all.

So I tried to run the game again this morning and noticed that whenever I click the Green "Play" button to start the game, it doesn't change into the Red "Quit Game" button. So it's possibly not recognizing the game is running.
