do you start PLITCH and Steam as an administrator? To do this, select the desktop icon with the right mouse button and select "Run as administrator". Please note that it is not enough to be the admin user set on the computer.

Thank you for your response, to answer your question I have tried really the game via the app and steam and I can't get the trailer to work. I do also run as administrator always and the only code that seems to work for that game is the easy kills code the rest of the codes need the prepare cheat to be active and does not respond upon being clicked. I have tried multiple times including starting and restarting both steam and the app to no avail. If you can please look into this it would be helpful

Please try a clean installation with the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe. You can find this by right-clicking on the PLITCH icon and opening the storage location. There you will find a file with the name "unins000". Use it to uninstall PLITCH and then restart your PC. Then download it again with the setup from our website: https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware
