Regarding Star Wars Squadron, the trainer doesn't work, the game won't start even if Origin is offline. Any suggestion?

I want to cancel my premium membership but can not find where to do it. Tryed the Client settings account manage memberships/invoices. Also tryed to make a support ticket it brought me here any help from plitch team would be helpfull

There is a big blue cancel button in the membership/invoice management behind your active subsciption.
And above your post is a link to the ticket system.
