upgrade paying with creditcard is not working.i have try 3 time using my visa to upgrade.and three time it say fail!

I trying to buy a membership but it won't let me. I try to change the timezone I can edit it but it won't let me save the changes, And when I change the state I live in it changes it back to Alamaba.

i have the same problem i tryed on both the website n the client both ways don't work I even tried a another card n wont work
