Client: Settings - Account - Manage memberships | invoices.

HI. I HAVE BEEN CHARGE TWICE ON MY CARD. PLS CANCEL 12 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP..
I TRY 1 MONTH AND THEN PAY NEXT MONTH,

Hi, for payment related stuff, please create a support-ticket. There you'll get the right employees with access to payment system and in addition it's much better for data privacy this way 😉

I went to the manage account page but nothing can be clicked on.  Is this just a retention strategy I'm wrestling with?  Why was it super easy to sign up but is so difficult to cancel?  That is a very dishonest business strategy.
