Shiny Odds and Titan odds

There is a really hard to find subset of Mons that appear randomly, and it can take a while,  if you are shiny hunting them, even more so. That got me to ask if you guys would be able to find the variables that controls those and make them adjustable.

I'm sorry but we currently have no plans to add more cheats to this game.
