Set money cheats not working.

I've used these cheats many times in the past without problem, I can hear the cheat chime activate but the money counter never changes. Tried it in a standard game with the keyboard commands and in a seperate window, clicking the cheat commands manually. Same results both ways. Unlimited movement cheat works just fine, please help. Thank you.

Were you able to activate the cheat?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?

I did activate the cheat after loading the games yes. I could hear the chime for both but neither money cheat ever activated. The unlimited movement cheat did activate.

Did you spend some money BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?
Are you playing the right DLC?
