Prepare (Player) Not Working After Update

8 PostsI started a new game today and noticed that when changing the stats, the numbers did not change. Also, strangely, when trying to do all of them, it shortened my sibling's name from "Alastair" to "Al". I tested and noticed that it seemed to remove a couple letters at a time when activating codes towards the bottom of the list (I think around Speed or Stamina on the list was when I first noticed it). When I attempt to sleep after this, the game crashes.
I'm not sure if this issue is also present in existing saves, but I tested it on multiple new saves and kept experiencing the same issue.

did you use the 1.0.3.9978 version in the trainer as well?
Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions of the prepares? (You can open up the description by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to the cheat)

Yes and yes - I used the 1.0.3.9978 version in the trainer (drop down menu), and followed the description that instructs to open the Inventory before activating the Prepare (Player) code and then moving to update the Skills / Experience. I've used these codes with previous saves several times, but noticed this issue after starting a new game.
I tested again just now and can confirm that the values still aren't changing, and that the issue with using the cheats shortening the sibling's name (at least for mine) started with Set Intelligence. The name shortened from Alastair to Altair, but the Intelligence value did not change (nor did any of the previous ones in the list).
Set Speed had no effect on the name, Set Stamina shortened it from "Altair" to "Alta", Set Strength shortens it further to "Al" and begins to displace the text outside of the Family text box, Set Toughness seemed to have no additional effect, and neither did Set Virility.
