Prepare isn't working

I hit the prepare play button and it doesn't activate, I use the numpad and it doesn't activate. I even launched the game from the Plich app it's self. No matter what I do, it doesn't work. I might add this has also been the case for quite a few other games I've tried. This is very frustrating. I am paying for this service, I kinda expect it to work as advertised so to speak.
