Plitch Trainer Workaround?

It seems the issue with units no longer moving is related to the Denuvo protection detecting the Plitch executable (hence the instructions not to run it at game start). Is it possible to run Plitch as a randomly named executable, thereby eliminating the issue of the process being detected as a cheat process? Seems like other trainer makers have had some luck with this approach.

Renaming does nothing. The code changes are getting detected.
