Prepare wont activate, only unbreakable lockpicks and stealth work, slow movement makes noises even thought its greyed out but not sure if it does anything else

I managed to get stealth to work as well but no cops doesnt work. nor does upgrading the skills even though i have enough SP's

Hiya,

there was another update in between these posts
I've reworked the no cops cheat to now just teleport them back to their start every second
I couldn't find any issues with the skill points though, the value updates after you spend or gain some
