New update (Kaiser v1.15) dropped

new version is now available

On Steam, all cheats were working yesterday. Today the +50 political power within the Money/Resources still works but the rest in that tab do not.

I have restarted my pc as well as Plitch in admin mode and they continue to not work.

I've also noticed an issue where if the game is launched from the Play button within Plitch the Prepare function works, however if Plitch is opened after the game has been opened through Steam the Prepare no longer functions

There are some new features added to the game that the trainer has no effect on, I was wondering if you could look into them when time allows.

In a previous DLC buildable/upgradable railroads were added, but the Instant Construction does not affect them.

There is a new research function of Special Projects that can be researched, but the Instant Research has no affect on them.

There is also a new currency of Breakthroughs tied to the Special Projects, is it possible to add a +5 or +10 of this to the other currency cheats?

This is true. A majority of the cheats are not working

the game received an update and the new version is already available in Plitch. Did you restart the trainer and use the updated version (1.15.1.f089)?

Restarted Plitch, version is correct. Plitch downloaded an update just now and the mentioned issues are still there
