Upon starting the game via plitch, the activate button does not work. Therefore, none of the other options can be activated. Any help is appreciated. And thank you for responding!

We updated the lastest version. Can you restart the trainer and check again?

Just tried it. It's the same as before. Doesn't work. No matter how much I click on the prepare button, it doesn't activate. Since the prepare button doesn't work, all other options remain grayed out. 

I've tried clicking the prepare button at the menu screen, and then later in skirmish mode and story mode. Same. Nothing.

Just tested the codes and could not find an issue: https://gyazo.com/e1cd3ca0e43318aced35fb3d4e142ae4
Make sure your anti virus doe not block PLITCH.
Load into a mission before trying to activate the "Prepare".
Make sure your numpad is enabled if you use the default hotkeys.
