have you been able to activate the Prepare? Are the rest of the cheats working fine?
Please ensure that both Plitch and Steam are launched as administrator, as the trainer needs admin rights to work properly.

Have you verified your game files in Steam? You can do this by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files.
