Hey guys,
99% of the time this is due to a different network or firewall blocking the access. Please double-check that both phone and PC are connected to the same router. The Firewall check will require you to go to the Windows Firewall settings and check if the PLITCH Client on the PC is allowed internet access on both public and private networks For this, please refer to the following screenshot: Click here.
Also, in case you have multiple settings for PLITCH in the firewall settings, the cleanest way of changing that properly is to remove all of those entries completely and then run the PLITCH Client, which should trigger a Windows popup asking for internet access. Please refer to the following screenshot to check this: Click here.
