How to get XP and money cheat work? Repair, fuel and time cheat working good.

Hey mightywings46,
are you playing via Steam, Msstore or Epic?
After activating the prepare option, simply open and close your profile once (if I recall correctly, you can press F4 to open it). Once that's done, you should be able to activate the money or XP cheats from within the profile screen.
