Hi! Did you make sure to run both PLITCH and the game as an administrator? Did you select the correct trainer version?

seems so as money and water i can add but health of enemies i cant seem to be able to remove

The Low Health cheat is a Hardcore cheat, which means it's designed to make your gameplay harder. It will lower your own health, not the enemies' health. If you're having trouble taking down certain enemies, the Easy Kills cheat is designed to help with that.
