Having the same issue. tried in the main menu, campaign selection and loaded in a mission. the Prepare cheat with not activate.

did you ensure to launch Plitch and Steam as administrator? The trainer requires admin rights to fully work. To do this, right-click on the desktop icon or the .exe file and select 'Run as administrator'.

I've run both as admin. Also tried running the game as admin.
