Game crashes at random when using trainer

1) During a session

I start the trainer at the beginning of a mission and everything works fine but the game crashes at random. I am using DX11 version of the game.

2) During menu lobby / station screen

I really only use the steps in 1 above, but I noticed that if I launch the trailer during the lobby / station, the game crashes when try to access weapons loadout or selecting a mission.
