Steam: Open up the trainer and select the lastest steam version, klick on the play button and your game opens up.
Epic: Open up the trainer and select the lastest epic version, klick on the play button and the trainer wants you to select an exe. Go into your installation folder and select this "fm.exe" exe. If you don't know where you installed your game, you can also start the game manually via epic instead of pressing the play button.
For the Player Cheats: Open up the menu where you can see your players.
For the Money Cheats: Open up the finances menu where you can see your money and switch between the submenus.
