Cannot Prepare Mods
I have tried doing it while starting up the game, on the title screen, loading screen, and even when I am in the game (paused and unpaused), and it does not turn on. I have even run Plitch as adminsistrator (and as normal without), and it doesn't work. It used to be alright but since yesterday, I can no longer prepare them.
I can use the 99x item multiplayer, and pause time though without preparing though.

please always launch Plitch as administrator since the trainer requires admin rights to fully function. I tested the cheats real quick but they seemed to work fine: https://i.gyazo.com/ae715e196af452448e9c72270bf3d4d7.mp4
Have you tried verifying your gamefiles in Steam? To do this, right-click on the game in your Steam library, go to Properties -> Installed Files -> 'Verify integrity of game files.'

I did do as you suggested and verify the game files. Nothing seemed to be off, but after doing that and going back in the game. It now works again. I'll add verifying game files now as a list of other things to do if it starts acting up again.
