I am unable to sync my app client with my laptop. I did a fresh install on a Windows 10 Pro laptop with no Antivirus and with the firewall disabled. This is a test laptop that I have and Widows 10 Pro has been reset to factory settings. The software launches fine on both the laptop and cellphone but my cellphone does not see my laptop when I try to connect/sync them. I am able to ping my laptop from my cellphone and cellphone from my laptop. This verifies that they are both on the same network and that they both see each other. Once again I am running Windows 10 Pro on my laptop and my phone is a Galaxy S20 Ultra. I have a support ticket open but I wanted to put this here because maybe someone found a fix that helped them.

Yes. I even set the screen to stay awake and left it running for an hour, nothing. I can see the screen refeshing. I press the refesh button 10 times after your post and still nothing.
