Did you follow the steps in the "important hint" and disabled the Anticheat in the Arma 3 Launcher?

It's happening to me as well. Disabled the anticheat. Start the game as soon as I hit prepare it crashes

Yess I did both and the game crashes after a few seconds when you "Prepare for cheats"
